The first run with my new Brooks Adrenaline GTS 8 trainers

Making progress again!

I’m delighted to report about my last workout Yesterday afternoon I went for a 30-minutes run and despite the 23°C I performed pretty well compared to my previous sessions. I was still about 20 seconds to half a minute behind my goal, but at least I wasn’t pumped afterwards.
